Job Description

Strategic Planning and Management:

* Develop and implement facility management strategies: This involves aligning facility operations with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

* Forecast future needs: Anticipate upcoming facility requirements and plan accordingly, considering factors like expansion, renovations, and technological advancements.

* Optimize resource allocation: Efficiently manage budgets, manpower, and other resources to maximize cost-effectiveness.

2.⁠ ⁠Operations and Maintenance:

* Oversee building and grounds maintenance: Ensure regular upkeep of the facility, including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.

* Manage utilities and services: Coordinate the provision of essential services like electricity, water, and waste management.

* Implement preventive maintenance programs: Proactively address potential issues to minimize disruptions and extend the lifespan of assets.

3.⁠ ⁠Health and Safety:

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect occupants and minimize risks.
