Associate - Sales - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct property visits, provide in-depth property information, and guide clients through the buying process to ensure a seamless experience.

- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.

- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position products and services.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.

- Customer Service Excellence: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property technology.

- Strong understanding of the housing market and customer needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
