Role Overview-

As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our business growth, responsible for expanding JustVend's footprint across India. You will lead the charge in establishing relationships with educational institutions, corporate offices, and other key partners. This role will require you to step out of your comfort zone, travel across the country, and sometimes even work solo to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout & Pitch:
  Identify potential clients and pitch the magic of JustVend to them. Whether it's colleges, offices, or high-footfall locations, you will showcase how our vending solutions can add value.
• Deliver Winning Presentations:
  Create and deliver engaging presentations to decision-makers, highlighting JustVend's unique selling points like touchless technology, AI-based refilling, and real-time dashboards.
• Negotiate Like a Pro:
  Close deals confidently, ensuring terms are favourable for both the client and JustVend. Handle objections with finesse and turn maybes into yeses.
• Travel & Explore:
  Be ready to travel across India, visiting diverse locations to identify market opportunities and connect with clients.
• Build Strong Relationships:
  Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Strategize for Success:
  Develop targeted sales strategies to meet revenue goals, based on market trends and customer needs.
• Be a Trailblazer:
  Work independently when required, taking ownership of your leads, strategies, and client interactions while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring a salesperson; we’re looking for a go-getter with a passion for closing deals and building strong partnerships. Here’s what we value in our ideal Sales Manager:

• Experience:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in institutional or corporate sales.
• A proven track record of achieving (and exceeding) targets.
• Skills:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and develop strategies.
• Personality:
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with frequent travel across India.
• Passionate about selling and loves the thrill of closing deals.
• Bonus Points:
• Prior experience in the vending machine industry or institutional sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
