Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled professional for the Founders Office role. This position requires a sharp individual with a strong technical background (B.E. is a must) and an aptitude for strategic thinking and business management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Founder by managing high-impact projects, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations in the fast-paced real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support:
o Collaborate directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, including business planning, market analysis, and organizational growth strategies.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations by analyzing industry trends and data.
o Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Project Management:
o Manage and oversee key cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
o Develop and monitor frameworks, timelines, and KPIs for critical initiatives. o Identify and address potential risks or challenges in project execution.
3. Operational Efficiency:
o Support the Founder in optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across departments.
o Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams to ensure clear communication and execution.
o Facilitate decision-making by compiling relevant data and insights.
4. Stakeholder Management:
o Coordinate and manage interactions with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
o Represent the Founder in meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required.
o Build and nurture professional relationships to support the companys objectives.
5. Administrative Support:
o Handle the Founders schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
o Draft and review communications, proposals, and other key documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E.) is mandatory.
o MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• Experience:
o 3 - 6 years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or entrepreneurial environment. o Experience in the real estate industry will be highly valued.
• Key Skills:
o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
o Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
o Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Personal Attributes:
o High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
o Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
o Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
