Role & responsibilities

• Processing Fund transfers-Internal & vendor payments and follow up with Bank for Re-KYC related and other requirements.
• Calculation of TDS & GST Liability
• Booking of Customer Invoices in SAP
• Reconcile ledgers and its clearing in SAP
• Handling employee related payouts
• Updating of Employee Tax related Investments
• Preparing monthly financial reports
• TDS reconciliation with 26AS
• Bank Payment of Employee Income Tax
• GST Calculations, GST Filing
• Invoice Processing
• TDS calculations
• Managing Accounting Dashboards

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience with accounting software -SAP FICO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Hands-on experience of Filing TDS
• A good understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
• Basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
