Instructional Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Develops learning programs that include multiple modalities self-paced e-learning virtual and face to face workshops.
• Work with product managers/ subject matter experts to design and develop clear and concise training content/modules.
• Ensures learning and performance objectives are appropriate to the audience and that the training materials meet the learning and performance objectives.
• Create supporting material/media (Audio, Video, documents)
• Writes scripts for video and audio content.
• Record voice overs, maintaining tonality in voice.
• Maintain project documentation and course folders.
• Design learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Analyse, update, and refine existing online content.
• Perform quality assurance checks on training courses that have been developed.
• Customization of new training modules and or customization of existing modules based on feedback.
• Monitor and report effectiveness of all training conducted and revise courses as needed.
• Regularly audit of LMS for content replacement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of training experience mandatory
• Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and Training.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think innovatively.

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
