Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our product.
• Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers.
• Go off-script when necessary to build a relationship with customers or answer any questions they have not addressed in the script.
• Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.
• Cross selling & upselling of products
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.
• Consolidate existing and build new customer base.
• Ensure Data security is maintained.
• Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor.
• Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs
• Achieve targets and deliver beyond.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of International outbound sales experience. Can be from UK, US or Australia markets

• Excellent English Communication skills (Neutral Accent)
• Good conversational skills, must be able to speak fluently
• Experienced in working with targets
• Experience of working on dialers preferred
• Must be a team player
• An interest in and a desire to learn about wines
