Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BFSI Recruiter with 2 years of experience in sourcing and hiring talent for roles in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles in BFSI, including banking, finance, and insurance positions.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through job portals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Recruitment Process Management: Handle the recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and negotiating offers.
• Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with industry regulations and internal policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience recruiting for BFSI roles.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruitment software and job portals.
