Position: Operations Executive

Location: Gaur City Center(Uttar Pradesh), Greater Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Calls Engage with potential customers interested in payday loans, answer queries, and provide necessary information.
Document Verification Review and authenticate customer documents to ensure compliance with lending policies.
Log Maintenance Record and update call details, customer interactions, and loan processing status in the system.
Analysis & Submission Assess loan applications and forward them for credit evaluation.
Pre & Post Disbursal Checks Conduct necessary checks before and after loan disbursal to ensure compliance.
Document Collection – Gather required paperwork from customers for loan processing.
Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records and systematically organize files for easy access.
