Junior Civil Engineer ( For Barbodhan Location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee and supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring they are in accordance with project specifications, designs, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of construction works, conducting regular inspections and ensuring that construction is progressing according to plan.
• Material Management: Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and proper utilization of construction materials and ensure that they meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with Contractors: Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a high standard of health and safety on-site by ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain site reports, daily logs, progress reports, and other related documentation to track project status.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site issues promptly, offering practical solutions to mitigate project delays and disruptions.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for any site-related concerns, coordinating with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Surveying & Measurements: Assist with site surveys, leveling, setting out for the foundation, and measuring the quantity of materials required for construction.
