Key Responsibilities.
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support our employer branding and internal communications..
Craft compelling long and short-form content with a keen eye for design, seamlessly translating words into visually appealing layouts for a variety of channels, including emails, intranet, and presentations..
Creating and managing all collaterals in line with our brand guidelines..
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overarching business objectives..
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement..
Manage the companys website and presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer review sites..
Conduct competitor research and stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in communications strategies..
Coordinate with external partners (e.g., agencies, photographers) for employer branding assets and campaigns.
Requirements.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with a bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field..
Experience in internal communication, employer branding, or a similar role is a plus..
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and impact..
Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment..
A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual storytelling..
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments..
