VP Digital Marketing

As the VP Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business growth through effective strategies and execution. You will be a key member of the executive team, providing leadership and strategic direction to the marketing department within the context of the company's goals and market opportunities.

Goals & Objectives: Generate business pipeline to meet companies financial goals.

Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.

Align marketing strategies with the company's business goals and objectives.

Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.

2.Marketing Execution:

Direct and support market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars, and events.

Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, direct mail, and ads.

3.Team Management:

Build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team.

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing department and with other departments.

4.Digital Marketing:

Oversee the company's digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and optimize marketing strategies.

5.Budget Management:

Prepare and manage the marketing budget.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications with a focus on ROI.

6.Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's profile.

Act as a spokesperson for the company at events and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VP Marketing or similar role, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, promotion, etc.).
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, social media) and non-digital (e.g., Events) channels.
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferable.
