Sr. Executive - Engineering (CSV / QMS)

To assist in equipment qualification and conduct computer system validation (CSV) of equipments.

To ensure software backup of PLC, MMI, and SCADA system for equipment.

To prepare and review SOPs, QMS Compliance and document related to engineering department.

To perform investigation related to engineering.

To ensure calibration activity perform with an utmost care for all the instruments of production, warehouse, QC and Engineering with External agency.

Creation, deletion and addition activities of new and existing instruments as per SOP.

To ensure the completion of auto generated calibration order every end of the month in SAP and same the order after calibration technically close in SAP.

To review and completion of document (certificates and traceability) regarding calibraton.

Coordinate with user department for required based recalibration of instruments of production, warehouse, QC and Engineering.
