Job Description
Position : Senior Engineer Power Plant (CFBC Boiler)
Role & responsibilities
Operation & Maintenance of Power Plant
- Safe Operation and maintenance of CFBC Boiler and back pressure Steam turbine.
- Operation and maintenance of Coal handling plant.
- Operation and maintenance of Ash handling and ESP.
- Operation and maintenance of DM Plant and CPU
- Good Knowledge of Permit to work system and safety compliances.
- Good Knowledge of Interlock & Protection of CFBC Boiler and Back Pressure Steam Turbine.
- Good Knowledge of Distribution control system(DCS) & Boiler Auto Control Loops.
- Preparation of Daily MIS Report, Coal inventory management and SWAS Report.
- Annual shutdown activities of Cogeneration Power Plant.
- Actively involved in maintenance troubleshooting of equipment to address issues in a timely execution
- Assessing the needs of improvement of Overall Power Plant efficiency
- Capable to Handle Emergency situation in silent hours duty.
- Manpower Handling and inventory controls
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E / B. Tech Mechanical with 7-8 years of experience in Thermal Power Plant.
- Prefer BOE Certification Compulsory.
