The Position

Organization : - Jubilant Enpro Private Limited

Designation: - Sr. Manager/ DGM, Direct Taxation

Location : - Noida

Job Summary: -

Reporting Manager: - Head, Direct Taxation

Key Responsibilities

• TDS/TCS Receivable and Payable Management
• Filling Periodic Specified Financial Transaction Report
• Preparation/Review of Tax Audit Report Audit for Group entities
• Preparation & strategizing of Income Tax Return compliance
• Drafting of assessment submissions for filling with before Assessing Authority
• Coordination with Tax Counsels in relation to Tax Litigation management
• Coordination & close working with Accounts and Statutory Auditors/Tax Auditors
• Drafting of Rectification applications , appeals, written submissions and Paper Book
• Addressing periodic tax demand, obtaining tax refunds , filling for stay of tax demand,
• Attending trainings and tax seminars.
• Person Profile

Qualification: -

Commerce Graduate & Charted Accountant (CA)

Experience:-

8-15 years of post-qualification experience

Functional Skills

• Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience in Direct Taxation is a must.
• Good technical knowledge in terms of understanding legislation.
• Proactive, Honest, Integrity.
• Attention to details.
• Willing to perform under tight deadlines.
• Command on MS word, Excel and Power point.

Behavioural Skills

• Work in and/or lead interdisciplinary and/or cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and writing skills.
• Should be a team player.
• Should have good analytic and planning skills.
