Role & responsibilities To provide great IT-Support for the smooth functioning of our internal servers, laptops, systems and create the sustainable IT Infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure standards and policies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. • Design and implement scalable and secure network architecture that meets the current and future needs of the organization. • Ensure high availability and reliability of servers, storage, and backup systems to support business-critical applications and services. • Ensure all IT infrastructure components are monitored, and performance metrics are analyzed to identify and address issues proactively within SLA. • Knowledge of cloud computing, IoT and related technologies. • Knowledge on CCTV, Access Control & Printers (Laser Jet, Thermal & Barcode Printers). • Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT infrastructure components and lead cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
