Corporate Sales for Dominos Pizza
Job Description:
- Developing corporate area targeting strategies to build corporate business & drive sales volumes.
- Ensuring business is conducted in line with company's policies, ethical practices, and vision, mission and core values with key focus on profits.
- Planning daily sales call activities to achieve target estimations and review effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing business to corporate stores in the form of regular orders and bulk Orders.
- Developing new streams and expanding existing ones for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat and referral business.
- To maintain PR with the Admin, HR or facility of different corporate in order to get business from them on daily basis.
- Developing/sustaining the existing network, ensuring timely and cost effective deliverables Customer (Internal / external ) Satisfaction.
- Prepare the presentations, reports and fulfil any other type of requirement from time to time for the management.
- Various management reports to top level management for all ongoing activities in the team to track their performance.
Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares of pizza consumption in the corporate houses.
- To increase the business from the corporate houses.
- Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the company and provide best visibility and services to the corporate in order to achieve maximum satisfaction to ensure repeat business.
- Proper futuristic communication in line with the company policies and deliverables possible.
- To fulfil individual corporate sales target.
- Ensure continuous business from the corporate houses.
- To act as a negotiator between the corporate and Domino's leading to better way of business conduct and ensure delivery of promises done to them.
- To make sure professional work culture to its customers.
- (Internal / External) Ensure proper communication to corporate and stores for delivering the promises done after Tie-up.
- To ensure maximum corporate houses visit of an area and ensure effective relation with the respective stores to ensure deliverables from store level as and when required.
- Maximum corporate visit on daily basis.
- To enter into alliances for bringing in more brand visibility and increase sales of gift vouchers.
- Achieve target of gift voucher sales.
