Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
  
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
  
• Supervise staff performance, provide training as needed, and handle employee relations issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in QSR or restaurant management.
  
• Proven track record in Sales Generation & Increase in revenue through effective leadership.
  
• Strong knowledge of beverage industry trends, products, services, pricing structures etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork collaboration among departments (Kitchen/Service/Bar).
  
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as required by business needs.
