The General Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operation of Red Rabbit Resort, ensuring its profitability, guest satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a deep understanding of the tourism industry.

Strategic Leadership with strategic plans to achieve resort objectives, including revenue generation, market share growth, and brand enhancement.

Operational Excellence.

Financial Management: Manage the resort's budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and maximize profitability.
