Data Scientist - Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (8-10 yrs)

Job Title : AI Personalization Data Scientist

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement AI/ML models to use zero-party, first-party, second-party, and third-party data for personalized customer experiences.

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate data for real-time, 360-degree insights.

- Utilize identity-resolution platforms to accelerate model training and improve decision-making.

- Design and conduct experiments, including A/B testing, to optimize customer engagement.

- Build real-time dashboards and performance measurement tools for personalization efforts.

- Work in an agile environment to rapidly iterate on new personalization strategies.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or personalization-focused roles.

- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and relevant machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Expertise in working with large datasets, data integration, and developing AI-driven solutions.

- Experience with identity-resolution platforms (LiveRamp, Neustar, etc.).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
