The MetroMax Group - Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

AI Model Development and Deployment :

- Design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models for diverse use cases (e.g, natural- language processing, recommender systems, generative AI using deep learning and large- language models (LLMs)).

- Select and implement appropriate deep learning, reinforcement learning, or other AI- techniques based on the problem and data characteristics.

- Train and evaluate models on the AWS platform using services like Amazon Sage Maker and- Machine Learning (ML) Compute.

- Help operationalize models into production systems for real-me prediction and decision making.

Data Expertise and Infrastructure :

- Analyse and extract meaningful insights from complex datasets stored on AWS services (S3,- Redshift, etc.) using SQL, Python, and relevant programming languages.

- Explore data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies relevant to AI model development.

- Collaborate with data engineers and AI engineers to ensure efficient data pipelines and- infrastructure for seamless integra on of new AI models.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Communicate the insights and implications of your AI models to stakeholders in a clear- and concise manner, bridging the gap between technical expertise and clinicians.

- Stay up to date on the latest advancements in AI research and translate them into practical- applications for the company.

- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong focus on AI and machine- learning.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing production-grade AI models.

- In-depth understanding of deep learning, reinforcement learning, or other relevant AI- techniques.

- Expertise in Python and familiarity with AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

- Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning methods.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with cloud-based development- methodologies (CI/CD) is a plus.

- Relevant AWS certifications (e.g ,AWS Certified Machine- Learning).

- Experience with specific AI applications relevant to our company's domain.
