• Employee Master Data creation and maintenance.
• Cross checking the details with the provided documents by the business HR.
• Timely closing of onboarding requests and cases with in the defined TAT with errorless and first time right approach
• Validating the accuracy levels of various employee personal and official information and plan for correction.
• Monthly reconciliation of employee data and payroll data to identify systems and process gaps
• Report generation & MIS preparation as per the business requirement
• ​Responsible for updating data and maintaining data integrity in Employee Database
• ​Responsible for reporting and developing dashboards for Onboarding and Employee Life Cycle processes

Initiate requests for audit of data entry in employee database on a regular basis to review Role & responsibilities

SAP / SUCCESSFACTOR is mandatory.
