Position: Team Lead Customer Email Support

Shift Timing: Day Shift (10:30 AM to 7:30 PM)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: Minimum 2 years in email handling for international clients
Education: Graduate
Salary: Negotiable
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives handling email correspondence.
• Monitor and ensure the team meets performance metrics such as response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated emails and complex client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their email handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure timely responses to client emails, maintaining the companys reputation for excellent support.
• Prepare and share performance reports with senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email handling, preferably with international clients.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in using email platforms and CRM tools.
