Job Summary:
The HR Executive Compliance is responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to all labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. This role involves handling audits, maintaining legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws to mitigate risks and protect the companys interests.
Role & responsibilities
1. Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, including PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements.
• Process and file statutory returns such as EPF, ESI, LWF, PT, and TDS.
• Keep updated with changes in labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
2. Payroll & Employee Benefits Compliance:
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax deductions.
• Monitor employee benefits administration in line with regulatory requirements.
• Handle full-and-final settlements as per legal guidelines.
3. HR Policies & Legal Compliance:
• Develop and update HR policies in line with labor laws and company regulations.
• Ensure employee handbooks, employment contracts, and policies comply with labor laws.
• Conduct internal audits to assess HR compliance risks.
4. Audit & Documentation:
• Maintain proper documentation for labor inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with government authorities for labor inspections, licensing, and reporting.
• Assist in internal and external HR audits.
5. Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions:
• Address employee grievances related to compliance issues.
• Ensure disciplinary procedures follow legal and ethical guidelines.
• Assist in resolving workplace disputes in compliance with labor laws.
6. Training & Awareness:
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, workplace ethics, and labor law updates.
• Ensure employee awareness of workplace rights and obligations.
