Job Summary
Our team is expanding rapidly and evolving in exciting ways, and were looking for a high-performing
individual to join us in helping our clients excel with HubSpot. As a partnered firm with a strong focus on
HubSpot integration, our unique expertise is driving significant growth. To keep up with the increasing
demand from new clients, we need additional support to ensure we continue delivering exceptional
service.
Job Requirements
● The HubSpot CRM Developer will work with the Client Services team to help our
clients optimize HubSpot
● Implement HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, CMS, and Operations Hub
● Hands-on experience in HubDb.
● Migration from different CRMs to HubSpot.
● Should be able to create an implementation plan as per the Clients business model.
● Be the go-to person for any HubSpot-related questions or issues that come up.
● Design and implement scalable HubSpot automation architectures, advanced workflows, and
integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
● Optimize HubSpot accounts to improve processes, automation, and data hygiene.
● Troubleshoot bugs, sync errors & provide recommendations.
● Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content
downloads, site page visits, etc)
● Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into
customers
● Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with
clients.
● Create custom reports and dashboards to track client KPIs and sales performance
● Support growth as a thought leader for HubSpot
This is a mid-level, non-managerial role. Full-time candidates only. This role is fully remote except for
a few team get-togethers throughout the year.
CMS: Bonus if you have experience in optimizing HubSpot CMS to ensure a seamless user experience,
creating, and updating custom themes, website pages, landing pages, CTAs, Monitoring performance,
analyzing key metrics, and staying current with industry trends to implement best practices and enhance
website functionality.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelors degree in marketing, Computer Science, IT or a related field
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing automation
● Strong experience in setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms
● Knowledge of email marketing & automation best practices
● Advanced proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo etc.
