Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team in the jewellery retail industry. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business needs, define requirements, and implement solutions that optimize operations and enhance customer experience. The candidate will be extensively focused on business analytics and help the functional Managers in driving key business decisions. The role will offer an excellent opportunity to understanding overall business operations from a top-level management perspective.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyse the revenue models and provide FP&A inputs in Opex budgeting and activities.
• Scenario simulations and performance reporting, budget vs actual analysis to support the company’s major business decisions and financial health
• Revenue forecast and planning to define the targets.
• Monitor Financial Performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare Capex Plans and analyse the capex with budgets
• Collect and interpret data from various sources (databases, BI tools, spreadsheets) and report to the concerned process owners and reporting personnel.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continually improve processes.
• Work with the technical team members to make sure the business needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
• Provide required information to the stakeholders of the company on demand basis.
• Work with the various functional departments and incorporating their recommendations into the reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• CA/CMA with 2+ years of experience OR
• CA/CMA inter with 5+ years of experience OR
• MBA or master’s in finance from reputed B Schools with 5+ years of experience
• Business Analytics certification from reputed B-Schools would be a plus

Skills:

• Experience working with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (such as Power BI, Excel, Tableau)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plusCTC - 10 to 15 LPA(Open for discussion)
