Senior Site Engineer & QA/AC Engineer

Job description:

• As a Site Execution Senior Engineer, you will take a leadership role in overseeing and managing on-site execution of construction projects
• This involves coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality standards, and managing the construction process to achieve successful and timely project completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and supervise on-site execution teams, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure project goals are met
• Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed execution plans, timelines, and resource requirements for construction projects
• Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project implementation
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor and maintain the quality of construction work
• Material Procurement: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient sourcing of construction materials
• Inspect and approve materials for use in projects
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses related to site execution
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Health and Safety Leadership: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites
• Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety among project teams
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project progress
• Address client concerns and ensure client satisfaction with the execution process
• Encourage continuous learning and development
• Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering a relevant field
• Proven experience in site execution and construction management
