Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Understand technical aspects of products and provide solutions to customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support for clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team (R&D, production, and sales) to deliver customer requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
• Meet sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong technical understanding of products (preferably in automotive, mechanical, or industrial components).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive/ Production/ Industrial or related fields).
• Prior experience in technical sales or sales engineering is preferred.
