Officer - Sales Support

Supports the sales (back office) processes and systems by dealing with customer orders and queries, and supports customers through basic technical or scientific knowledge/product applications. Works under clear practices and processes with a focus on weekly, and some monthly activities.

Sample request generation and maintaining data.
Assisting Sales Manager in Market mapping
Marketing and Customer Service
Follow up for enquiries, orders and payments
Assisting in preparation and analysis of enquiries, orders and payments.
Coordination with local/overseas sales related activities
Following up on Customer for Spent catalyst.
