OTS Solutions - Technical Project Manager - Jira/Scrum Methodologies (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional teams in delivering complex mobile and web-based projects.

This role requires expertise in project management, technical know-how, and leadership to drive successful project delivery for international clients while ensuring high-quality outputs and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage teams of 15-25 professionals across multiple domains, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

- Oversee international projects focused on mobile and web development, ensuring adherence to client requirements.

- Develop comprehensive project documentation, including SRS, scope documents, functional specifications, technical architecture, and estimations.

- Coordinate UI/UX processes and align designs with project goals.

- Handle cloud deployments on platforms like AWS, Azure, and Docker.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance in mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Hybrid/Shell apps) and web services (SOAP, REST with XML/JSON).

- Use advanced DB skills in MySQL, SQL, and Oracle for project data management and integration.

- Communicate effectively with international clients via calls and virtual platforms like Skype.

- Utilize tools like GIT, SVN, Smartsheet, and JIRA for project tracking and management.

- Lead a team of 20+ members, offering technical assistance and fostering collaboration.

- Manage team performance, project scope, and ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 8+ years of project management experience in mobile and web development domains.

- Proficiency in cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, Docker).

- Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST web services and database management (MySQL/SQL/Oracle).

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, GIT, and SVN.

- Excellent communication and client management skills, with prior experience managing international clients.

- Proven expertise in team leadership, technical assistance, and resource management.

- Certifications in PMP or Scrum (preferred)
