Sr. Application Engineer I (Revit BIM)

What you will do

• BIM Revit designing for engineering services which includes Mechanical - Firefighting Sprinkler and suppression Systems as per the designed CAD drawings, markup, and able to perform detailed Design.

• Checking the clashes within and between services using Navisworks Manage software and expunges according to the clash report.

• Coordination with MEP services with the program schedule.

• Preparation BIM model with Placing Sprinklers & Machinal Equipment s, Valves & accessories provide Pipe routing & in Revit.

• Strong Knowledge and Preparation of Revit parametric families, schedules, construction documents, Shop Drawings, and as-built Drawings using Revit MEP.

• Working in BIM 360 Collaboration and ACC (In-hand experience).

• Manage medium-sized projects Individually and work with the Team on Big Projects.

• Meeting and coordinating with Global clients on project basis.

How you will do it

• Autodesk Revit MEP tool software for Project and Parametric Families (Any Version)

• Autodesk BIM 360 - working Experience.

• Navisworks Manage,

• AutoCAD Tool (Any Version)

What we look for

Required Fire Design

• Carry out Design of Fire Fighting Sprinkler System, Hydrant, and water-based Spray systems.

• Gas Suppression System, Novec, FM200, Inergen, Co2 Systems.

• Knowledge of NFPA codes water-based systems.

• Supporting Knowledge of fighting Sprinkler and suppression systems, Hazards, Class Fire, Internal and external Hydrant systems, Fire Fighting Pump room, underground & above ground Fire Fighting pipe works, - Design and development in Revit as per project need.

Required Software Skill

• Minimum 4-5 years REVIT, - BIM, Navisworks, and AutoCAD experience.

• Revit experience and detailed understanding of its processing as per BEP and ISO 19650.

• including setting up and maintaining projects, files, families, and work sets & and work on BIM360 Projects

• Knowledge of clash detection in Navisworks and BIM 360

• Knowledge of Revit-plugins or add-ins

• Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering.

• Experience in MEP Construction Field.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and written & and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Certification in Revit BIM Professional.

• ISO 19650 for BIM

• Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical.
