Strategic Sales Manager - South

Summary: The Channel Sales Manager will lead a small-sized team to promote and sell products and solutions through channel partners. This role is responsible for pursuing channel partnership leads, securing orders, and serving as the main point of contact during all phases of the sales cycle. The position involves analyzing market data and trends to increase market share within the assigned territory/area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team to drive sales through channel partners.
• Identify and pursue new channel partnership opportunities.
• Engage with channel partners to finalize sales orders and ensure smooth execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners and customers throughout the sales process.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and increased market share.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure product solutions meet customer needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of sales targets and business goals.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in managing channel partnerships.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a small sales team.
