Manager-Quality Control(Injectables)

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Testing: Perform and oversee testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished and Stability injectable products according to approved methods and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Documentation & Reporting: Record and maintain accurate testing data, review results, and prepare reports that comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and complaints, providing solutions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Instrument Calibration: Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of testing.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory standards, including FDA, EMA, and other global guidelines, ensuring the product is safe and effective.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory affairs to address quality issues and ensure timely product release.
• Training & Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies. Provide training to junior staff on quality control procedures and practices.
