Role Overview:
As the Head of Sales, you will lead Company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across India. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales plans, and building long-term relationships with clients in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
This senior leadership role requires a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales leadership and an understanding of technology-driven service offerings.
You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, operations, and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement Company's sales strategy to drive growth across construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
- Identify new market opportunities and create sales plans to target high-value clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Client Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for large accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Leverage drone technology solutions to address client challenges and demonstrate clear ROI.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Set clear performance targets for the sales team and drive results through continuous coaching and training.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies that align with sales goals.
P&L and Reporting:
- Manage Company's sales budget, ensuring profitability while growing revenue.
- Monitor sales metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the sales strategy, implementing improvements as necessary.
Market Development:
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, technology providers, and key stakeholders.
- Represent Company at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership in drone-based solutions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to ensure we remains a leader in the drone services market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a sales leadership role, preferably in a technology-driven service industry.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and revenue generation in the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and closing large deals.
- Experience in managing a sales team and driving them to exceed targets.
- Knowledge of drone technology, aerial data solutions, and digital twin platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, forecast revenue, and track performance.
