Experience : 8+ Years in Residential Real Estate Sales
Qualification: MBA or advanced qualification (CFA / CA / RICS)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive gross and net sales volumes for the Launch team across India, with a focus on maximizing revenue.
- Team Management: Lead city/cluster heads and sales managers, ensuring alignment with national goals.
- Operational Oversight: Manage manpower hiring, deployment, and performance reporting for optimal output.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure uniform application of head office rules and policies nationwide while innovating on new processes as needed.
- Developer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with developer partners, providing timely market information and ensuring collaboration.
- Sales Funnel Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closures, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Sales Planning: Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth plans.
- Project Selection: Lead project selection across geographies based on customer demand, team capabilities, and developer relationships.
- Profitability: Ensure the highest brokerage slab on any project for maximum profitability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate sales (Developer or Channel Partner side).
- Proven track record managing a team size of 10+ members.
- Expertise in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing new team members.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to drive results
