Manager - Marketing - Healthcare/Wellness & Fitness (8-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market share.

- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns for Ayurvedic and wellness products.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

- Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.

- Build relationships with influencers, media, and stakeholders to promote brand advocacy.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.

- Drive product launches and ensure alignment with the company's brand vision.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing (or equivalent).

- 8-20 years of relevant experience in the Ayurvedic, wellness, or FMCG sectors.

- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Knowledge of Ayurvedic or natural wellness products is highly preferred.
