Primary Purpose:

- The Lead - Research will play a pivotal role in driving our research efforts, focusing primarily on secondary research methodologies across various domains.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background from a top-tier institute, coupled with extensive experience in conducting secondary research and a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive secondary research across diverse domains to gather relevant data, industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence.

- Develop and maintain a robust research framework and methodology to ensure accuracy, relevance, and reliability of findings.

- Analyze and synthesize complex data sets to extract key insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand research objectives, provide strategic guidance, and support decision-making processes.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends, industry developments, and best practices in research methodologies to continuously enhance research capabilities.

- Lead and mentor junior research team members, providing guidance on research techniques, analytical methodologies, and presentation skills.

- Develop and deliver engaging presentations, reports, and executive summaries to communicate research findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Qualification:

- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred from a Tier 1 institute

- Minimum 8 years of experience in research, with a focus on secondary research methodologies.
