Key Responsibilities :
1. Corporate Gifting & Bulk Sales Growth
Spearhead Kimirica's corporate gifting vertical, focusing on:
- Corporate employee gifting programs, festive gifting, and high-end executive gifts.
- Luxury wedding planners & event organizers for large-scale premium gifting.
- Concierge services, high-net-worth clientele, and premium business associations.
- Real estate developers & hospitality groups for in-room luxury self-care kits.
- Develop personalized bulk gifting solutions and subscription-based corporate gifting models.
- Partner with D2C marketing teams to create seasonal campaigns and exclusive B2B gifting collections.
2. Expanding Exports & Global Distribution
- Lead international expansion efforts by establishing strategic distribution channels for Kimirica's luxury self-care products.
- Identify and onboard global institutional buyers, retail partners, and distributors.
- Develop export strategies for luxury hospitality, retail chains, and premium lifestyle stores.
- Work closely with the supply chain and regulatory teams to ensure smooth cross-border product movement.
3. Institutional & Canteen Space Partnerships
- Identify and secure partnerships with corporate canteens, premium co-working spaces, and workplace wellness programs.
- Expand into luxury hospitality, premium office amenities, airline lounges, and large-scale institutional sales.
- Develop customized B2B solutions for bulk orders and subscription-based supply agreements.
- Build strong relationships with procurement teams in corporate and institutional segments to drive high-volume sales.
4. Negotiations & Key Account Management
- Lead high-value negotiations and long-term contracts with institutional buyers.
- Develop bulk pricing models, contract structures, and subscription-based B2B sales strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with corporate procurement heads, distribution partners, and luxury gifting curators.
5. Market Expansion & Data-Driven Sales Growth
- Use market intelligence, competitor analysis, and CRM data to refine sales strategies.
- Identify emerging trends in corporate wellness, luxury gifting, and institutional sales.
- Drive digital transformation in B2B sales through CRM tools, automation, and analytics-driven decision-making.
6. Leadership & Performance Optimization
- Build and lead a high-performing institutional sales team specializing in corporate, export, and large-scale B2B sales.
- Establish clear KPIs for revenue growth, client retention, and market expansion.
- Foster a luxury brand positioning strategy within institutional sales channels.
Key Requirements:
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or International Business.
- 8-12 years of experience in institutional sales, with expertise in corporate gifting, international exports, and large-scale B2B partnerships.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in B2B sales, global distribution, and institutional partnerships.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, corporate sales dynamics, and international expansion strategies.
- Proven expertise in negotiating high-value contracts and bulk sales pricing models.
- Leadership experience with a data-driven and growth-focused mindset.
- Expertise in CRM tools, sales analytics, and export regulations.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with luxury D2C brands, global retail distribution, and high-end corporate gifting solutions.
