Position: Business Development Manager - (International Market)

Interview mode: 1st round virtual & final round will be Face to face at client location
Job Description:
- Lead business development activities across multiple global Emerging Market i.e. ROW market exposure(SEA/ Latin America or Middle East) focusing on the entire product portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategic international business plans for each assigned region through comprehensive market research.
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic business relationships with new and existing clients in each market, understanding their unique business requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients via emails, calls, and Zoom meetings to ensure consistent communication, satisfaction, and progress.
- Oversee the entire export process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery across diverse markets.
- Assess the needs of international clients and present suitable promoted products tailored to their specific markets.
- Provide detailed product information and offer product samples to clients for evaluation and decision-making.
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients, influencing decision-making processes within targeted client groups in each region.
- Keep accurate records, document key interactions, and provide regular feedback and reports on business progress and performance across all regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a global mindset.
- Proven experience in international business development across diverse markets.
- In-depth knowledge of export processes, international trade regulations, and market dynamics in each region.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research, create region-specific strategies, and present clear, actionable business plans.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple regional markets simultaneously.
