Job Description

1. Bachelors degree or Masters in Computer Science or relevant field.

2. 1-3 years of experience required.

3. Must be from an IT background with functional knowledge of ERP like Odoo ERP, ERPnext, etc.

4. ERP Certification will be an advantage.

5. End-to-end process experience in ERP implementation in different modules like HR, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Project, etc.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities of ERP Functional Consultant:

1. Manage the complete lifecycle of ERP implementation, which includes - customizations, integration, support, understanding of forms, fields, workflows, etc.

2. Make sure that the organization implements the complete solution that meets their business needs and leads the client project throughout the development and support phase.

3. Prepare test cases and use case documents.

4. Implement various modules of the ERP such as HR, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, CRM, Project, Accounting, etc.

5. Give ERP Training to the end user of the organization after implementation. Prepare training documents as well.

6. Enhance your ERP knowledge according to company needs.
