Responsibilities:
- Establish positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per their business needs.
- Responsible for executing hiring plans while supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and Managers/Business Leaders to efficiently fill vacancies, utilizing best practices in full life-cycle recruitment.
- Creates and manages talent pipelines specific to industry/agency/function to acquire the best talent.
- Understands and has a demonstrable network of Salesforce Business and IT professionals.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Provide expertise on the employment market, trends, and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring.
- Creatively source through web, referrals, organizations, social networks, career events, etc. to generate qualified candidates.
- Preparing status reports and attending staffing meetings, as required on a weekly basis
- Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system.
