Role:
Managing portfolio of investments to maximise the returns and aid tax planning & administartion. Responsible for smooth end to end investments related tasks & responsibilities.

Description:
Identify and recommend investment options, mManageing the entire investment processes, performing analysis of data, and provideing timely updates and information, recommend appropriate actions and excute approved decisions efficiently. Coordinate with tax consultant for the timely tax administration.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform weekly and year-end close processes, including reconciliations of investments.
• Maintenance of records and accounting of all types of investments such as equity shares, preference shares, debentures, mutual funds, gold bonds, AIFs, NPS, real estate, overseas, and overseas investments.
• Carry out analysis of several types of investments.
• Calculate taxation relating to various types of investment.
• Co-ordinate with brokers & intermediaries & syndicators in relation to investments.
• Carry out end-to-end documentation in relation to all investments.
• Provide support to other members of the accounting team as needed.
• Prepare online Dash Board/Monthly Consolidated Reports
• Software knowledge: Tally Prime, Investment Software MProfit, MoneyControl, MS-Office especially MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint.

Qualifications & Candidate profile:

• Graduate minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting & law.
• Sound knowledge of various investment options such as stocks, MFs, AIF, Real Estate, Metals, Commodities, Art etc.
• Strong attention to details, accuracy and legality.
• Proven problem-solving and resolution skill.
• Effective Coordination and communication with brokers & syndicators.
• Software knowledge: Tally Prime, Investment Software MProfit, MoneyControl, MS-Office especially MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills.
