Ecommerce Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. E-commerce Strategy and Management:

• Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy aligned with the companys overall business goals.
• Manage the company’s own e-commerce website as well as third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Monitor product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities across online platforms.
• Analyse sales performance data and recommend strategies for growth.

2. Digital Marketing and Brand Building:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure the brand story resonates with the target audience.
• Manage reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to build trust and brand loyalty.

3. Customer Experience:

• Ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms, from product search to checkout.
• Optimize website design and functionality for ease of navigation and mobile responsiveness.

4. Operations and Coordination:

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for e-commerce tools and services.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations.
