Investment Banking Role - Industrials Sector Coverage

Objective: To develop and strengthen client relationship in a specific industry or for a specified set of clients/client segment. Responsible for origination, co-ordination and execution of various types of Investment Banking deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage client relationships along with the seniors, assisting in identification of business opportunities.

2. Ensure effective execution of deals. Brainstorm innovative ideas, solutions and proposals within the team

3. Responsible for tracking sectors and companies

4. Display Market Intelligence of that Sector. Keep up to date and abreast with trends and deals in the Sector. Ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.

5. Manage team results and performs a wide range of tasks, including reviewing financial models, developing presentations and supporting due diligence and marketing efforts. Internally coordinates with teams to execute deals.
