Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of PeopleSoft updates, upgrades, and maintenance releases.
• Conduct strategic architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for PeopleSoft systems and related technologies.
• Assess application growth and plan for future capacity requirements.
• Monitor PeopleSoft system security daily, produce reports and analytics on information risk, and lead implementation of remedies to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor and guide team members on PeopleSoft backend systems and related technologies.
• Coordinate and produce security responses for audits and Information Security Office inquiries.
• Collaborate extensively with Database Administration and Cloud Platform teams to architect solution for modernization of PeopleSoft application usability and business functionality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator for version 9.2 and Tools 8.5x, with at least 7 years supporting production environments.
• Proven expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components.
• Advanced proficiency in PeopleSoft Update Manager, PeopleTools, and Oracle Database SQL tuning.
• Strong experience with networking protocols, Single Sign-On, OAuth 2.0, Integration Broker, and Performance Tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft security components and end-to-end encryption processes.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English for effective team coordination.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience as a PeopleSoft developer, including coding, debugging, and implementing solutions.
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and their potential applications in ERP systems, particularly PeopleSoft.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, machine learning integration, or intelligent automation within enterprise software environments.
