Technical Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Coordination and Task Management:

• Coordinate with JLL sub-vendors working in shifts, including MST, fire technicians, fire operators, BMS engineers, painters, carpenters, and plumbers
• Assign tasks to appropriate sub-vendors based on their expertise and availability
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by sub-vendors
• Monitor work progress and quality, reporting any issues to the Duty Engineer

Preventive Maintenance Oversight:

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities
• Ensure PPM tasks are completed as per schedule and to the required standards
• Follow up with sub-vendors on PPM completion and documentation

Project Coordination:

• Support the Duty Engineer in coordinating mini-project works
• Liaise between sub-vendors and the Duty Engineer for project-related communications
• Track project progress and report status updates to the Duty Engineer

EHS Compliance:

• Ensure all work performed by sub-vendors adheres to JLLs Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
• Conduct regular safety briefings with sub-vendors
• Report any safety concerns or incidents to the Duty Engineer immediately

Task Completion Verification:

• Verify the completion of tasks assigned to vendor partners as per Duty Engineers instructions
• Conduct quality checks on completed work
• Collect and organize necessary documentation for completed tasks

Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain clear and effective communication between sub-vendors and the JLL team
• Provide regular updates to the Duty Engineer on task progress and completion
• Prepare and submit reports on vendor performance and task completion as required

Problem-Solving and Escalation:

• Address minor issues with sub-vendors work or conduct
• Escalate significant problems or concerns to the Duty Engineer
• Assist in implementing solutions and corrective actions as directed by the Duty Engineer

Resource Management:

• Help manage sub-vendor schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
• Assist in identifying resource gaps and communicate these to the Duty Engineer

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving work processes and vendor management
• Collect feedback from sub-vendors and relay relevant information to the Duty Engineer
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on best practices in facility management

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of sub-vendor activities, task completions, and any issues encountered
• Ensure all necessary paperwork related to vendor tasks is properly filled out and filed
