What this job involves:

Comprehensive knowledge of managing facilities & maintenance operations

In this role, he is responsible for Day to Day operations, routine, and preventive maintenance for various mechanical and electrical equipment s.

He will be responsible for Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.

Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same.

Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns/ near miss and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause/why-why analysis.

Initiating energy saving activity to control the operation cost of the organization

Being at the heart of the business

Upkeep all service records of Engineering assets, Vendor manpower, Compliances and Liaoning activity.

Provide the Soft service & Technical trainings and Fire/safety trainings to sub ordinate staff.

Assisting for timely certification of vendor bills and payments.

Holds the merit of preparing the audits and completing the documentation of the same.

Maintaining the track of Service records of the equipment s (AMC) and Pending tasks of the Vendor and ensuring the completion of the same within deadlines.

A highly skilled professional

You should be a graduate in any discipline holding ITI/Diploma Electrical Engg. and have three to five years experience in MEP Operation & Maintenance with core competence in electrical engineering.

In-depth knowledge in the operations & maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment at available capacity, reading schematic diagrams and fault finding, inclusive of materials planning, scheduling, procurement & distribution as per requirements. computer literacy and the ability to manage activities using different systems, then you might be the best fit for this job.
