Handling India Domestic Relocation -

• Worked with the people connect team for employee relocation accommodation and traveling.
• accordingly booked the accommodation and ticket
• Then work with the FCM team, and Take the employee manager s approval for flight booking
• Also coordinate for Hotel Booking with Lemon Tree.
• Raised PO for Accommodation
• And send the all details to the employee and People connect.
• Send invoices to AP for processing and paid on time
• Prepare accruals every month.

Administrating Global Invoice Management -

• Receive invoices and send them for approval
• Take regular follow-up with Managers and approvers
• Once approved send it to the AP team for processing
• Prepare the Accruals on a monthly basis.
• Adding names to the Assignment Pro as per the request
• Taking care of Condolence payment and make sure it should be done on time .

Vendor Setup in our system-

• As per the requester raised the new ticket for setting up a new supplier on board.
• Initiate NDA with the Help of the Procurement team
• Take regular follow-up with approvers and managers for their approvals
• Once the supplier setup is done update the same to Vendor and process the invoice for particular supplier .

Tracker Management for Domestic Relocation & Global Invoice tracker.

• Uploading on time on P&C benefit Team
• prepare tracker for PO of India relocation,
• global tracker such as NA / Global / CALA
• Share all the files and folders with all invoice copy in bit bucket , so everyone keep a track.

Follow up on payments with the regional AP team(EMEA/ APAC/NA/INDIA) for payment status.

• Make sure payment is released on time.
• If payment gets on hold due to banking details get changes, update the same on system.
• Then worked with the AP team &Vendor to get updated.
