Role & responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor and manage the progress of construction work to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings and plans on-site.
• Resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during construction.
• Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to project managers or clients.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are used efficiently and appropriately.
• Verify the quality of materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Communicate with the design team to clarify project details or modifications.
• Manage site workforce and allocate tasks effectively.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain records of all construction activities and incidents on-site.
• Liaise with local authorities for necessary approvals or compliance checks.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for all team members.
