Progress OpenEdge/4GL Senior Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Progress 4GL versions 10.x. or 11.6 or 12.X Experience in developing progress 4GL GUI application using .net and ultra controls Experience in developing and debugging application using progress 4GL Good command on SQL queries including stored procedures. The developer should be able to handle development tasks without guidance. Developer should be able to Identify and analyze user requirements and write well- designed, efficient, and testable code. Developer should have good analytical and problem-solving skills and good written and verbal communication skills. Developer should be able to prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle Developer should be able to Document development phases, Use Case and functional Change documents
